JRNP uses a firm cancellation structure unless your written booking confirmation says otherwise: eligible nightly charges are refundable 30+ days before check-in, 50% refundable from 7-30 days before check-in, and non-refundable inside 7 days.
On the day of your arrival, you will receive an email with your unique door code for keyless entry and the WiFi network name and password. No app downloads or key coordination needed — just show up and let yourself in.
Pets are not allowed at JRNP properties. If a pet is brought onsite or not disclosed, a $300 cleaning fee may apply.
Most properties require a 2-night minimum stay. During peak seasons and holidays, a 3-night minimum may apply. The exact minimum is shown on each property page.
